Order Processing

We know you're excited to receive your new décor pieces, which is why we work diligently to process all orders within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@decoriax.shop. We require photo documentation of any damage for insurance purposes. Our team will work directly with the carrier to locate lost shipments or arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We cannot modify shipping details once an order has been processed. Decoriax is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
